In 1622, the plain of Fleurus witnessed one of the many battles of the Thirty Years' War. On Belgian soil, at the crossroads of a Europe with fire and blood, cross almost by chance two armies, Spanish and "German". Each of the adversaries tries to reach the stronghold of Berg-op-Zoom, besieged by the Spaniards. Between Fleurus and the Chaussée Brunehaut, Generals Mansfeld and Cordoba clash.
